Shipping Price and Delivery Time Frames:

All orders are dispatched as signature required. Waiving this, or using an ATL (Authority To Leave) is at your own risk; replacements will not be offered if items are stolen.

We aim to ship orders same day if ordered before 12pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After 12pm, your order may ship the next business day. Majority of orders ship same day.

Our standard shipping rates and expected delivery time frames are as follows:

Australian orders:

We offer AusPost and Auspost Express for Australian deliveries (delivery estimates will vary)

Orders shipped via AusPost (5-12 business days metro delivery estimate).

• For orders under $40 | the shipping cost is $18.00
• For orders  $40-$100 | the shipping cost is $5.99
• For orders over $100 | the shipping cost is FREE

Aus Post Express

New Zealand orders:

Orders are shipped via NZ Post (1-4 business days delivery estimate).

• For orders over $100 | FREE Shipping

Shipping Terms and Policies:

Sale Periods:During sales and other high volume days, extra time may be needed to process and ship your orders. We ask for patience in these times. 

Delivery Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Metal Mulisha AU Store will not take any responsibility for orders that go missing/ delivered wrong due to incorrect delivery addresses provided.  

Delivery Estimates: All delivery estimates above are indicative in nature only, and dependent on courier services operating at a standard capacity. By placing your order with Metal Mulisha AU Store, you agree to not hold Metal Mulisha AU Store liable for any loss or damage directly associated to, or in connection with any delivery delays outside of the estimated time-frame. 

Delivery Problems: Metal Mulisha AU does not contact courier companies on the customer's behalf. Any communication regarding its delivery must be between the courier company and the customer. Metal Mulisha AU is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. 

Duties and Taxes: All customers outside of Australia are responsible for their own duties and taxes, should they be incurred.

Lost Items: In the instance that an item is deemed to be lost by the courier company, contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf. Please Note: Metal Mulisha AU will only handle courier claims in the event of lost items, excluding delayed deliveries. 

Order Tracking: You will be sent an email detailing tracking information on the day that your order is processed. If you have not received this, please check your junk, or promotional folder. 

Rural Delivery: Please allow 1-5 business days in addition to the above estimates for rural deliveries. As rural delivery time-frames are dependent on area, carrier, and servicing times, you acknowledge that The Metal Mulisha AU Store is not responsible for the time-frame of delivery, and cannot be held liable any deliveries outside of the provided estimates.
